We want you to tell your friends of our web site. So we're going to do everything we can to make you happy, starting with Our Guarantee:
If within
30 days of receiving your order, you
are not completely satisfied
with the quality and
workmanship of the printed
materials that you receive,
we will re-print them for
you.
What's the Catch? Only ones that make sense. We cannot be responsible for information entered incorrectly or paper/ink selections that are not to your liking. We will fax or mail you a proof of the typesetting and layout for your approval. We will not be liable for any amount over and above the cost we charge you for your printing. We hope our catch is not an unreasonable exception to Our Guarantee.
If there is a problem, simply send back your order via UPS or Insured Parcel Post with a note about the problem, to:
